The car was ordered and purchased from new by a Mr Turl in 2010 from Porsche Centre Hatfield, who specified the car with an extensive options list. One will be hard pressed to find a car with as many optional extras on it as are present on this car. The options selected played a large part in what drew Hexagon to car in the first instance. The additions of the Clubsport package, Chrono Package Plus, Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes and Sports bucket seats make this arguably the best specified 997 Gen II GT3 available today.
Where this car differs from many other GT3’s is that despite having all the optional extras that help to enhance the driving experience, particularly its ability on track, it also features options and fitments that help to make the car as useable and comfortable on the road as it is enthralling and mesmerising when unleashed on circuit.
